Requirements:
To obtain a copy of birth/death certificate, a search form must be completed and returned to the Kenyan Embassy.
- Complete the Birth/Death Certificate Search Form ( Fill Two copies)
Submit the form with the following:
- US $50 or equivalent in Qatari riyal
- Two copies of of the original Birth/Death Certificate.
- A formal letter of Application.
NB: Any incomplete application will be returned.
