Issuance of ID Cards for Kenyan expatriates

The Kenyan Ambassador to Qatar HE Boniface Mwilu handed over the New Generation ID Cards to Kenyans who had applied for them during the Mobile Consular Services (MCS) drive that took place from 25th – 31st June, 2023 in Qatar.
The exercise was aimed at bringing consular services closer to Kenyans so as to ensure that Kenyan acquired the important documents without having to travel back home. The Services included applications of new passports and identification cards, renewal of old generation passports and identification cards, and issuance of birth certificates. Other services included the replacement of lost and mutilated identification cards as well as change of particulars.
